At Fit 360, we believe that goals come in all shapes and sizes - professional, personal, mental and physical - and goals are not mutually exclusive. One often depends on another. And, while focusing in on the right goals is a critical foundation, the lens through which we process our experiences is the most important factor in achieving them.
Both in our own experience and through our training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as other mindfulness techniques, we’ve found that a common trait among the most successful people out there is that they’ve taken command over their thoughts.

Grant has spent most of his career in marketing analytics, helping some of the largest retailers and CPG companies in the country define, measure and achieve their business goals. Grant believes strongly in lifelong learning, and is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach by the National Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists (NACBT) and is pursuing a certification as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
